• Pet profiles — names, breeds, ages, weights, and photos you enter for your pets
• Health records — symptoms, vet visits, and medications you log
• Scan history — barcodes you scan and products you search
• Camera and photos — used only to scan barcodes and set pet profile photos; never stored on our servers without your action
• Purchase information — managed by Apple and RevenueCat; we do not store payment details

How We Use Your Information

• To provide pet health tracking, food scanning, and AI-powered advice
• To send medication reminders and health alerts you configure
• To improve app features and performance

Data Storage

Your pet and health data is stored locally on your device. Community posts are stored on our servers. AI queries are processed via OpenAI and are not stored beyond the session.

Third-Party Services

• RevenueCat — manages subscriptions (privacy policy)
• OpenAI — powers AI health and recipe features (privacy policy)
• Apple — handles payments via the App Store

Your Rights

You can delete your data at any time by deleting the app or by contacting us. To request data removal, email us at support@sniffcheck.app.

Children's Privacy

SniffCheck is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
